This is a how to page on how to get a gift for the more technologically savvy consumer. If there is one thing that has worked well for me, as a gift card, for receiving and giving, its a best buy gift card.

When they get the card, they can use it on the best buy website, or just go to their friendly local best buy store. I go there often to see what's new, what's happening and what I can't afford, which is like everything in the store. If you sent me a best buy gift card though, I'd go buy something with it today. Probably something I didn't really need, but that's life, deal with it.

Buy someone you know a best buy card today so they can get a sony psp or something. Then you can get one free too. Or take the more sensible option and get yourself a free flat screen monitor or hdtv, who doesn't want one of those? Best Buy or free through ads, whatever.
